- Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate finance, or financial planning and analysis is highly preferred.
- 5-8 years of analytical or finance experience.
- Experience in technology or banking industry is a plus.
- B.S. in Management, Finance, Engineering, or relevant subject from a top university.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial statement modeling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Top-notch Excel skills and modeling capabilities.
- Familiarity with SQL and managing large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Partner with Head of FP&A to drive all FP&A, investor relations, and corporate development related activities.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators across the organization.
- Assist in driving the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Work with department owners to translate operational metrics into actionable guidance.
- Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends.
- Proactively identify business improvement areas and provide data-driven arguments.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and forecasts for new opportunities.
