- Achieve revenue targets by growing existing accounts, developing new customers, and converting competitive opportunities
- Manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, quotations, submittals, and conversions to purchase orders
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Berner’s product portfolio and competitive differentiators
- Recruit, develop, and manage third-party manufacturer representatives and dealer/distributor networks
- Strengthen channel performance through regular business reviews, training, and improvement plans
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Drive product specifications by influencing architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and installers
- Maintain strong awareness of HVAC, Dock & Door, and Food Service market trends, construction pipelines, competitors, and regional dynamics
- Build strategic relationships to anticipate and capitalize on emerging opportunities
