- Serve as the primary point of contact for People Operations/HR queries, managing and resolving employee tickets via Jira.
- Own the day-to-day management of People Operations Jira workflows, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update HR systems and records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Lead and coordinate People Operations-driven onboarding training for new hires.
- Coordinate with PEO vendors to facilitate HR, payroll, and benefits services.
- Support the administration of payroll processing for employees in South Africa and India.
- Work with payroll providers to ensure statutory reporting and annual tax forms are completed accurately.
- Coordinate vendor invoicing and support monthly cash flow projections and budgeting.
- Lead small global projects and provide administrative support for team OKRs.
