- Install Growth Direct systems at new and existing customer sites.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities on time.
- Provide emergency customer repairs in line with warranty or service contract levels.
- Complete service reports, expense reports, and SFDC requirements.
- Complete paperwork within departmental goals.
- Complete required training on time to meet quality requirements.
- Support the instrument sales process by performing site inspections.
- Develop working knowledge of industry practices and company policies.
