- Lead engineering development of New Energy Systems including hydrogen-based systems, fuel cells, linear generators, nuclear, and thermal generators.
- Drive the New Energy Systems roadmap and guide technology from concept through demonstration and commercial deployment.
- Evaluate emerging generation technologies for performance, safety, supply chain readiness, and levelized cost of energy (LCOE).
- Develop and lead stage-gate processes, advancing technologies and products from TRL 4–8 and MRL 4–8.
- Define technical criteria and lead system architecture design, including integration with renewable generation and grid interconnection.
- Support project development, including conceptual design, equipment specification, and vendor selection.
- Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to industrialize hydrogen and fuel cell systems.
- Provide technical support to commercial deployments to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
