  • Plan and monitor shop floor operations to ensure tasks are being performed safely.
  • Lead shop operations in accordance with Best Flow procedures, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure all products and services meet customer demands.

  • Inventory and Inspect Incoming flow iron components.
  • Establish or adjust work priorities to meet schedules.
  • Provide proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area.
