- Identify, recruit, and engage qualified Project Leaders from industry to sponsor student capstone projects.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective Project Leaders to ensure 20 active projects annually.
- Collaborate with Project Leaders to co-create and scope student project briefs for an online environment.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and technical training to Project Leaders.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for university clients regarding project status and program health.
- Provide technical assistance and logistics support to students navigating the capstone program.
