- Coordinate life insurance applications from submission through final policy delivery.
- Gather and organize client information and submit applications and supporting documents to insurance carriers.
- Coordinate medical exams, labs, APS requests, and other underwriting requirements.
- Communicate proactively with clients about outstanding requirements and follow up with carriers to keep cases moving.
- Help coaches prepare clients for underwriting expectations and next steps.
- Coordinate policy delivery and funding logistics, and assist with client onboarding after policy placement.
- Serve as a client point of contact and translate carrier communications into clear, client-friendly messages.
- Assist existing policyholders with service requests, carrier forms, and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates, and track tasks, workflows, and follow-ups.
