Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Own the execution and optimization of automated customer journeys across email, in-product and push channels from build through QA and launch.
Leverage Braze, Segment and Amplitude to turn customer data into action and build targeted, personalized journeys.
Translate lifecycle strategies into scalable automation programs in partnership with Lifecycle, Product Marketing and Growth teams.
Drive experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing, monitoring KPIs to inform actionable recommendations.
Maintain the health and scalability of the marketing automation ecosystem through campaign governance and data integrity standards.
Serve as the subject matter expert, partnering with Product, Data and Engineering to define customer events and attributes for sophisticated segmentation.
