IT-Projektmanager:in mit Schwerpunkt Requirements Engineering

Kunden bei der Realisierung ihrer Projekte begleiten und diese zum Ziel steuern.
Als Hauptansprechperson für Kunden und interne Stakeholder fungieren.
Fachliche und technische Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern erheben, etwa in Workshops, Interviews oder durch Prozess- und Systemanalyse.
Kundenbedürfnisse in klare, umsetzbare Spezifikationen übersetzen und Anforderungen als Epics, User Stories mit Akzeptanzkriterien oder Lastenheft dokumentieren.
Anforderungen mit dem Kunden priorisieren und mit dem Entwicklungsteam abstimmen.
Projektumfang definieren und schärfen, Änderungswünsche über einen Change-Prozess managen und Auswirkungen auf Budget, Zeitplan und Ressourcen bewerten.
Budgetplanung, Meilensteine, Ressourcenmanagement und Abrechnung koordinieren.
Bei Bedarf den Vertrieb in der Angebotsphase bei Anforderungsklärung und Aufwandsschätzung unterstützen.
Anforderungen über den Projektverlauf nachvollziehbar halten und Abnahmen anhand vereinbarter Kriterien begleiten.
Agile Prozesse beobachten, das Backlog gemeinsam mit dem Team pflegen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen vorantreiben.
