- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proficiency with Windows 7, 8, and 10.
- Ability to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening (if applicable).
- Punctual and continuous attendance is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Provide contact completion and/or alternate solutions for the caller.
- Handle customer calls courteously, regardless of difficulty.
- Deliver excellent customer service to resolve matters satisfactorily, within client guidelines.
