- Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs
- Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
- Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts
- Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our terms
- Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
- Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
- Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
- Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
- Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services
- Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
- Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns
- Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
- Represent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
