Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role.
- Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
- Experience with LatAm market.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Knowledge of affiliate networks.
- Exceptional planning and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or related field is a plus.
- Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel when needed for conferences and team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs.
- Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities.
- Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts.
- Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate cooperation terms.
- Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements.
- Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated ROI.
- Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations.
- Review sales reports to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze demographic data to identify emerging markets.
- Coordinate with the creative team to prepare conversion promo materials and write marketing briefs.
- Represent the company at international events.
