- Participate in a CS “boot camp” session to learn the ropes
- Perform customer/vertical market research and analysis
- Assist with daily tasks such as strategy mapper development, weekly QA reporting, meeting notes and more
- Sit in on client meetings to shadow CS leads
- Research key decision makers at your assigned account
- Anticipate customer needs and develop a pitch deck that clearly ties Innovid solutions to client business goals, including use case examples and a proposed growth strategy
- Present your analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating how your ideas would drive client impact and growth (final project)
