Technical Support Engineer

Drive an exceptional customer experience
Triage and prioritize customer issues and proposed product features
Work closely with Engineering, Product and Account Management to resolve complex customer issues

Engineering at Prismatic

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will build new internal and public-facing services. You will improve performance and observability, scaling our platform for a growing user base. Our platform is hosted in AWS, with infrastructure automated using Terraform and GitLab CI. TypeScript is used heavily across our backend services, and we leverage Python and Django for our Backend API. You'll work with Postgres, Redis, and React, contributing to a cohesive system for developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring integrations. We actively explore new techniques and technologies to enhance reliability and scalability.
