- Current graduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.
- Interest in the life sciences, biotechnology, or diagnostics sector is a strong advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, instrument support, and IT) to define and implement the instrument registration workflow.
- Assist in designing and refining the registration touchpoints (landing page, webform).
- Develop content and messaging to support registration campaigns.
- Help build and manage dashboards and reports to track project KPIs.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to inform best practices.
- Support testing and launch activities across digital channels.
- Document project processes and create SOPs to ensure scalability and consistency.
