Current graduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.
Interest in the life sciences, biotechnology, or diagnostics sector is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, instrument support, and IT) to define and implement the instrument registration workflow.
Assist in designing and refining the registration touchpoints (landing page, webform).
Develop content and messaging to support registration campaigns.
Help build and manage dashboards and reports to track project KPIs.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to inform best practices.
Support testing and launch activities across digital channels.
Document project processes and create SOPs to ensure scalability and consistency.
