🔍 Government contracting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Controller or senior finance role.
  • At least 10 years' experience in government contracting.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in DCAA compliance, audits, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Jamis Prime ERO or similar ERP software.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of budgeting process and financial practices.

  • Lead the Project Accounting/Finance team in strategic planning concerning project and backlog projections.
  • Oversee regulatory and financial reporting, ensuring compliance.
