How We Work

You will join a fully distributed team across the United States. Your standard office hours are 10 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing flexible scheduling for the rest of your 40-hour week. This setup gives you control over your work-life balance. Your intentional efforts build a supportive virtual environment. Engage in initiatives like Side Project Club and Coffee Chat. Engineering at SmartLogic

You will pioneer solutions using progressive technologies. Your core stack includes Elixir/Phoenix, Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, React Native, and Flutter. You have utilized Elixir applications in production since 2015. Staff Engineers drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud monitoring. You use tools like Terraform, Ansible, and various CI/CD pipelines. You will also apply AI tools to enhance development speed, quality, and maintainability. You will design and support scalable cloud architectures, primarily on AWS and Azure. You will solve complex technical challenges for diverse client needs.
