Proactively source, screen, and engage high-quality technical talent across cloud, platform engineering, software engineering, delivery, and AI markets
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and near-term hiring demand
Manage candidate processes end-to-end, ensuring strong candidate experience, engagement, and process control throughout
Support offer management, negotiation, and closing activity in competitive markets
Partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to deliver against hiring priorities and business growth plans
Work closely with People Operations to support onboarding and a smooth new starter experience
Contribute to employer branding activity across LinkedIn and other online audiences
Support recruitment reporting, ATS hygiene, market mapping, and hiring process improvements

Engineering at Appvia
You will build and craft solutions that enhance cloud platform engineering, software delivery, DevOps, and AI enablement. Appvia maintains Wayfinder, a self-service platform for secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. The team contributes to Kubernetes projects and maintains Kops, an open-source Kubernetes initiative. Engineers solve challenges related to standardizing resource provisioning, managing Terraform lifecycles within Kubernetes, and converting Docker Compose into Kubernetes manifests. You will work with technologies like HTML5, jQuery, Office 365, and Google Fonts. Appvia also develops open-source tools such as Tako, Terranetes, and Krane.
