  • Oversee a portfolio of customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals, health, and commercial potential. Your primary mission: expanding the revenue of the customer portfolio.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue from each account, based on customer needs and potential.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for a smooth customer handover, ensuring quick and impactful onboarding with the support of Customer Support as required.
  • Help customers understand and leverage the value of Sastrify's solutions, resolve blockers, and guide them in implementing best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues that prevent customers from receiving maximum value, ensuring their timely resolution with Customer Support assistance.
  • Utilize KPIs to track customer satisfaction and engagement, identifying risks and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Develop strong connections with decision-makers, conducting regular check-ins, Executive Business Reviews, and in-person meetings to ensure account satisfaction and growth.
  • Gather customer feedback on product functionality, relay insights to the Product team, and use updates to drive further engagement and upselling.

  • 1-3 years of proven work experience in customer-facing roles, including Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or in a similar one in the SaaS industry

  • Advise Sastrify’s prospects and customers on the leading and best-fit SaaS and Cloud tools available via the Sastrify Marketplace
  • Lead the end-to-end Sastrify Marketplace renewal efforts, including protecting and expanding our existing Marketplace revenue
  • Build and own your renewals forecast, including defining your strategy to win and achieve your forecast, highlighting roadblocks and support required, reporting progress regularly, etc.
  • Work closely with other Sastrify teams involved in Sastrify’s end-to-end customer journey, including customer-facing (Sales, Account Management, Procurement), internal (Customer Ops and Finance), as well as with our external partners
  • Track and analyze the performance of Sastrify Marketplace customers to identify how our offerings and portfolio need to evolve, how can we improve our commercials and and the end-to-end customer experience, etc.
  • Recommend and lead initiatives to improve the Sastrify Marketplace
