- Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing cloud-agnostic, service-based solutions.
- Exhibits in-depth knowledge of Medicaid systems and associated regulatory frameworks.
- Possesses extensive experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), microservices, and API-based solutions.
- Conducts Decision Analysis and Resolution (DAR) to determine the most optimized solutions.
- Develops prototypes, proofs of concept, and wireframe models to demonstrate potential solutions, as applicable.
