Work within Scrum sprint cycles alongside the broader development team, utilizing the JIRA QA Project to pick up cards for new tests, write and link cards across projects, and review KPIs for continuous improvement.
Provide feedback to engineers in JIRA tickets after testing the development that will guide the engineer on steps to take when editing the code for passing QA or user acceptance requirements (if/when it doesn’t pass).
