Requirements:

• 8+ years of program management experience with software engineering teams, managing complex cross-company technical programs.
• Preferably experience in an agile environment for B2B/SaaS companies.
• Ability to go sufficiently deep into technical topics and solve problems with senior engineers, managers, and stakeholders.
• Track record of navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments, driving 0-1 projects to meet business needs.
• Comfortable with conflict and able to find collaborative solutions in the face of competing priorities.
• Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions.
• Effective in managing stakeholders from individual contributors to senior management levels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills bridging technical and product professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Define the program vision, scope and goals, drawing a clear line to the business outcomes.
• Set up a structure for streamlined execution using industry best practices and clearly identify milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive towards defined outcomes with clear accountability at each step of the way.
• Effectively manage communication at all levels of the organization, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Anticipate future needs by building deep context in the domain and proactively advocate for investment.
• Provide coaching and support to other team members on program management best practices.
