Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect having worked in large scale or complex enterprise programs.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architectures, ideally Azure, services and technologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of main types of software architecture such as micro-services, event-driven, and service oriented.
• Hands-on experience with security models, including best practices for secure design.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of data-intensive applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural initiatives that align with business goals and drive technological advancements.
• Design and oversee the implementation of solutions for cloud migration, primarily using Azure.
• Establish and enforce architectural best practices, design patterns, and governance protocols.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design documents, to guide development and deployment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
