Requirements:

• Motivated to achieve impact through deployments and assisting newsrooms with digital transformation.
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in influencing customer outcomes, analyzing health metrics, and tracking interactions.
• Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and managing risks in high-stakes situations.
• Experience working with WordPress or web technologies is preferred, with bonus points for software development knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with small- and medium-sized news publishers to migrate their sites to WordPress and launch on the Newspack platform.
• Troubleshoot technical and editor-facing issues, help publishers optimize Newspack’s features, and promote best practices in digital news publishing.
• Collaborate with product engineers to refine the Newspack product based on customer feedback.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and help them derive value from our products.
