Technical Program Manager

PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification is preferred. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), APIs, and Git/GitHub. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years in Project Management and technical roles. Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, cloud-based environment. Proficiency in JIRA and attention to detail. A strong vision of both business and technical aspects with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate customer requirements and company goals. Manage the overall development life cycle of solutions and oversee complex, high-visibility projects. Ensure delivery of high-value, high-quality outputs at a steady pace. Promote effective adoption of Agile methods including Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management. Communicate proactively to resolve problems and ensure best practices in software development. Collaborate with leadership to formulate delivery strategies and manage project timelines. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders when needed. Oversee vendor management and compliance activities.
