Requirements
- PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), APIs, and Git/GitHub.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Project Management and technical roles.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, cloud-based environment.
- Proficiency in JIRA and attention to detail.
- A strong vision of both business and technical aspects with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate customer requirements and company goals.
- Manage the overall development life cycle of solutions and oversee complex, high-visibility projects.
- Ensure delivery of high-value, high-quality outputs at a steady pace.
- Promote effective adoption of Agile methods including Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Communicate proactively to resolve problems and ensure best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate delivery strategies and manage project timelines.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders when needed.
- Oversee vendor management and compliance activities.
