Have 3+ years of experience in technology program or project management.
Have 2+ years of experience delivering multi-team, end-to-end programs.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Have strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma.
Be proficient in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
Have SQL basics and proficiency in one programming language.
Be fluent in English and Polish.
Vendor or third-party coordination experience is a nice to have.
PMP or ITIL is a nice to have.

Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology programs, from plans and roadmaps to milestones and critical paths.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points, resolving priority conflicts before they become blockers.
Run steering committees, decision reviews, and readiness checks.
Maintain RAID and dependency logs, and lead status and rollout reviews.
Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes, using data to inform decisions.
Cover non-functional requirements, including SLA/SLO, security, and operability, and document architecture and integration decisions.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties on SLA/OLA.
Work with Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations, keeping stakeholders informed on status, risks, and decisions.
Apply AI to program reporting, readiness testing, and metrics validation.
Lead retrospectives and mentor Associate TPMs.
