Ownership & Drive: Take full responsibility for project deliverables and proactively solve challenges Technical Mastery: 4+ years of deep experience with React, NextJS, Typescript, or 5+ years of overall frontend development Problem-Solving: Navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Design Insight: Identify UI/UX needs and create initial mock-ups or wireframes

Work closely with the CEO and CTO to bring products from 0 to 1 Have the autonomy to steer key architectural decisions and institute engineering best practices Dive into exciting greenfield initiatives: crafting UIs for customer-facing products and internal tools, developing scalable backend systems and machine learning models Shape company values and define engineering culture
