Requirements
- Hold an active Top Secret security clearance.
- Have 5+ years of experience as a project manager managing customer-facing IT consulting projects.
- Know project management and technical delivery methodologies, including PMI-based, system and software development, product development, or Scrum methodologies.
- Have experience using project management and Agile tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate project teams and individual contributors and mediate conflicts.
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Be prepared for frequent travel, which may be required to work alongside public sector customers.
- Scrum Master or project management certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of multiple complex programs, aligning delivery with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and program tasks to meet timelines and scope.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage program risks and develop solutions to overcome challenges.
- Maintain accountability for program outcomes.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and program updates.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, project managers, and program managers.
- Develop foundational knowledge of Red Hat technologies and maintain awareness of emerging technologies.
