Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment.
- Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
- Ability and willingness to motivate others.
- Experience successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and faculty members.
- Manage client communications and ensure client expectations are met throughout program activity.
- Develop project budgets and manage project budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Schedule and conduct project team meetings, maintain schedules, and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to keep projects within budget, on time, and on strategy.
- Oversee project activities, including faculty recruitment, audience generation, content development, logistics, registration, materials production, supplier performance, and central file management.
- Contribute to new business development activities within the account team.
- Assist with training new account team members as required.
