Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in client-facing project management roles within a Medical Communications agency.
- Experience working on Medical Affairs accounts is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects from a project management and financial perspective, including planning, execution, and outcomes.
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed about project progress and flag concerns to department leads.
- Drive project timelines and serve as an internal information hub for the account.
- Manage project finances and discuss corrective actions with clients and internal teams.
- Identify and generate opportunities with existing and new accounts.
- Develop and reconcile budgets, track and phase projects, and invoice clients.
- Update project management tools, run reports, and develop and maintain schedules.
- Manage traffic, update status sheets, and lead internal and client status calls.
- Review project management processes and identify ways to resolve issues.
- Mentor colleagues, guide best practice, and provide project feedback and input to action plans.
