Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of proven software development expertise.
- Have production-level Python development experience.
- Have extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
- Have a proven track record architecting and building high-volume products at scale.
- Have hands-on development experience with Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor engineers and elevate team performance.
- Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own feature implementation from design and development through deployment, production support, and maintenance.
- Contribute code daily using AI assistance for productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design and problem-solving.
- Analyze complex problems and identify knowns and unknowns to develop robust solutions.
- Define and promote engineering best practices and coding standards, including approaches to AI-assisted engineering.
- Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all experience levels.
- Develop engineering talent through structured mentorship.
