Requirements
- Have 2-4 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment banking, private credit, development, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong Google Sheets and G Suite capabilities.
- Have strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Understand real estate financing concepts, including LTC, LTV, DSCR, cash to close, interest reserves, and capital stacks.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Bring clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Show attention to detail and initiative without constant oversight.
- Be ready to join immediately or within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of construction, bridge, mezzanine, and development financing transactions.
- Coordinate lender due diligence requests, underwriting packages, closing checklists, and data rooms.
- Review and compare loan terms, pricing, leverage metrics, reserves, and covenant structures.
- Track financing timelines and identify execution risks or bottlenecks.
- Build and maintain project-level underwriting and capital stack models.
- Analyze project returns, debt sizing, DSCR, LTC/LTV, interest carry, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Support appraisal, lender, and investor packages with financial analysis and project assumptions.
- Prepare executive summaries, lender memos, and internal strategy materials.
- Manage financing trackers, covenant calendars, and draw process coordination.
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, consultants, and financing counterparties; maintain diligence vaults and deliver requested information.
