Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an operations or customer success role.
- Bring proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite.
- Demonstrate communication and negotiation skills, including communicating with senior management and other departments.
- Be able to organize and manage multiple team or company initiatives.
- Understand business goals and customer service standards.
- Logistics, account management, or customer success experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory and order management and shipping processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Microsoft SSMS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for Merchant Success Associates and Merchant Success Managers on B2B matters.
- Communicate work priorities and risks with Merchant Success teams and facilitate resolution of issues affecting performance.
- Coordinate purchase order pickups with operations and transportation companies or brokers.
- Create and maintain accurate, merchant-facing purchase order trackers.
- Escalate urgent issues while keeping the merchant experience in view.
- Review and create bills of lading, manufacturer packing slips, shipping labels, and carton and pallet labels.
- Arrange dock appointments and coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring product and paperwork accuracy and timeliness.
- Submit shipment notices in retailer-defined formats and follow retailer routing procedures and TMS guidelines.
- Collaborate with on-site leads and OSS teams to meet SLAs and retailer shipping windows.
- Work with Implementation, Product, and Operations teams, and follow product safety, quality, legality, and record-keeping procedures.
