Requirements
- Have regular, real-world experience using Claude and Gemini.
- Demonstrate strong prompting instincts.
- Be careful and organised, and notice when facts do not match their sources.
- Write clearly in plain English.
- Be comfortable using Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Calendar.
- Use good judgement about confidentiality.
- Work independently, ask before acting when something is unusual and flag problems early.
- Have basic scripting or automation skills, such as Apps Script, Python or Zapier.
- Have experience documenting processes or training teams.
- Overlap with UK working hours.
Responsibilities
- Complete and tidy the organisation pages in the Brain, check them against their sources and keep the structure consistent.
- Spot gaps and conflicting facts, propose corrections and keep logs up to date.
- Work with each team to identify repetitive tasks and build, test and document improved workflows using Claude and Gemini.
- Write, test and fix reusable prompts and skills for team use.
- Help connect AI safely to Google Workspace, email, the CRM and outreach tools.
- Write one-page guides, run short training sessions and document the work.
- Provide a short weekly update covering completed work, next steps and time saved.
