Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or product support involving data monitoring and reporting.
- Meticulously monitor data and identify anomalies.
- Follow defined processes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Have experience working with software, computer, or electromechanical systems in a diagnostic or support capacity.
- Have English fluency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and conduct first-round troubleshooting using defined scripts and guidelines.
- Communicate troubleshooting findings clearly and professionally.
- Produce accurate internal and external reports in English for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare documentation to support customer acceptance testing procedures.
- Monitor the scanner and robotic fleet by running queries and following defined processes.
- Route anomalies in robot behavior or other data sources to the appropriate internal escalation teams.
- Monitor robot behavior and evaluate data to support new robot installations and scanner deployments.
