Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years' experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, and Python.
- 8+ years' experience with modern front-end frameworks; React is required.
- 4+ years' experience with AWS RDS services (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
- 4+ years' experience with AWS and cloud deployment.
- 2+ years' experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Circle CI and AWS CDK.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Good understanding of designing RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of micro-service and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new projects.
- Contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to support project success.
- Identify and propose solutions for technical debt and system improvements.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
