Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Test Manager on large-scale system replacement or migration projects.
- Knowledge of Customer Communication Management (CCM), output management, or document management platforms.
- Familiarity with OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, Compart, Messagepoint, or comparable technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery methodologies, particularly SAFe and Scrum.
- Proven leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and operational teams.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
- A clean background record, with no debt enforcement proceedings or criminal convictions.
- Banking-sector experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the test strategy and test concept for replacing the existing CCM platform.
- Define and manage comparisons between legacy and replacement systems using identical data streams.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control testing activities from initial design through implementation.
- Align testing objectives and priorities with the Product Owner, development teams, solution architects, and business departments.
- Design approaches to test documents that cannot be triggered manually, including simulations, scheduled execution, or batch testing.
- Establish and maintain test data management processes, including use-case-based datasets, while ensuring data protection compliance.
- Coordinate integration, end-to-end, performance and volume testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Lead defect management and provide progress reporting and implementation-readiness recommendations to support go/no-go decisions.
