Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Test Manager, ideally with E2E testing scope across multiple systems.
- Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
- Demonstrated experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Experience engaging and managing third-party vendors or partners in a testing capacity.
- Working knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English at B2+ level.
- Relevant ISTQB or Agile/Scrum certifications are a nice to have.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira is a nice to have.
- Prior experience with procurement, supply chain, or finance-related system implementations is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall E2E test strategy and plans for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Define test scope, objectives, entry and exit criteria, and success metrics.
- Identify test dependencies across systems, teams, and third-party integrations.
- Oversee end-to-end test execution across multiple workstreams and coordinate SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.
- Track test progress, defects, and risks, and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage test environments and data requirements with technical teams.
- Integrate testing into Agile and Scrum sprint cycles, working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams.
- Coordinate testing schedules, deliverables, and issue resolution with third-party vendors and partners.
- Apply Coupa knowledge to test procurement workflows, integrations, and business rules.
