Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in data analytics or product management.
- Show a track record of extracting value from complex datasets.
- Use product judgment to manage a backlog and balance product scope, data quality, and customer feedback.
- Be proficient in SQL and able to query databases, investigate issues, validate data quality, and prototype solutions.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Be fluent in English at C1 level or higher.
- Preferred: experience building life sciences data products, including data sourcing, modeling, analysis, and delivery.
- Preferred: business proficiency at B2 level or higher in an additional language.
Responsibilities
- Own the designated product plan and scale its customer footprint.
- Set product strategy and make decisions about sourcing, transforming, updating, and analyzing country datasets.
- Translate market needs into a strategic roadmap for data engineers, analysts, and product operations.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to build scalable, high-quality data pipelines.
- Partner with strategy, sales, and services teams to gather customer feedback and improve the product.
- Set and enforce KPIs for data coverage, completeness, and accuracy.
- Monitor healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and market shifts, and adapt the product roadmap.
