- Understand third-party data licensing, terms of service, GDPR, and provenance requirements.
- Work across engineering, partnerships, customer success, and product teams.
- Be eligible to work in Germany and willing to travel to Berlin and across DACH for workshops and customer visits.
- Nice to have: experience building or managing a connector framework, integration marketplace, or iPaaS product.
- Nice to have: familiarity with OSINT, Kubernetes, on-prem or air-gapped deployments, entity resolution, or link analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the provider roadmap, prioritizing sources based on analyst needs and defining completion criteria.
- Talk with analysts, admins, solutions engineers, and upstream product teams to identify integration needs.
- Write technical specifications covering authentication, pagination, rate limits, incremental sync, deduplication, field mapping, failure handling, and source provenance.
- Decide how integrations behave across SaaS, on-prem, and air-gapped deployments.
- Own connector contracts, versioning, and the process for moving providers from evaluation to production.
- Design admin interfaces for connection setup, credentials, scheduling, health, status, logs, quotas, and permissions.
- Collaborate with partnerships and legal to evaluate vendors and translate licensing, terms of service, storage, retention, and redistribution requirements into product requirements.
- Coordinate with user-facing product teams and foundation teams to ensure incoming data supports investigations, ontology, machine learning, and processing.
- Shape analyst workflows for finding and reviewing linked online identities while avoiding duplicate lookups.
- Track sync success, data freshness, provider onboarding time, active connections, and failed-connection resolution time.
