Requirements
- Have experience as a product manager and have led high-performing teams shipping products at a fast-growing company.
- Have a track record leading consumer personalisation and discovery efforts, including recommendation systems.
- Be data-driven and commercial.
- Have collaborated with machine learning experts or data scientists to define key metrics, run experiments and deliver business impact.
- Be able to break down and solve complex problems systematically.
- Have demonstrated good judgement in complex situations.
- Work effectively with engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal and compliance teams.
- Have mentored product managers and be able to coach others and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Build a product vision and strategy for the area, aligned with company goals and customer experience.
- Lead one or more cross-functional teams to define and deliver product strategy.
- Build the platform, capabilities and app structure needed to optimise customers’ in-app experience and engagement.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and other teams to develop strategy and deliver products.
- Define, deliver and measure the impact of customer-focused personalisation and discovery experiences.
