Requirements

- Have 4-6 years of experience working with global customers in customer-facing operations teams.
- Have basic technical skills, including basic SQL and an understanding of APIs and data analytics.
- Bring experience working with customers and carriers to solve problems and questions using data.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Have above-average written and verbal communication skills and explain concepts clearly and concisely.
- Be willing to collaborate with communications partners and industry participants to resolve issues and troubleshoot.
- Have good time-management and organizational skills and be comfortable working under pressure.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar data extraction and visualization tools is desired.
- Experience and understanding of APIs and related technologies is desired.
- A telecommunications background is desired.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received by email.
- Help customers port phone numbers into Twilio, procure short codes and Sender IDs, and access phone numbers for their applications.
- Assess product or service issues and resolve basic-to-intermediate problems.
- Answer intermediate-to-advanced questions in core areas and basic questions across multiple areas.
- Log customer interactions and tag or categorize issues.
- Learn processes across subject areas and support smooth operations.
- Respond to and action incoming carrier partner notifications.
- Manage complex issues for customers and internal teams in a timely and transparent manner.
