Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience.
- Have a track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B products to enterprise customers.
- Bring strong technical skills and experience with complex, cross-platform initiatives.
- Have experience owning technical platform capabilities used by multiple teams or products.
- Have experience working with LLMs, writing evaluations, and building agent-first experiences.
- Proactively engage customers, synthesize feedback, and partner with go-to-market teams.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform roadmap and prioritization.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with team members, stakeholders, and executives.
- Use AI in day-to-day work and apply sound judgment to AI-assisted work.
Responsibilities
- Own organizational-unit creation, management, reporting, and permission-related workflows.
- Build agent-first experiences for organization management and insights, with clear requirements for authorization, human review, and traceability.
- Work with large customers, prospects, enterprise sales, and customer success to understand organizational structures and develop prioritized specifications with acceptance criteria.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver product capabilities and make sound data-model decisions.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to communicate the enterprise product offering to customers and prospects.
- Translate complex problems and opportunities into prioritized product goals.
- Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to drive execution.
