Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years owning the end-to-end experience of a B2B SaaS product.
- Show a portfolio of complex products made simple, including data-heavy tools, admin and permission flows, and desktop and mobile apps.
- Demonstrate strength in UX research, journey mapping, information architecture, visual design, and interaction design.
- Have built a design system from scratch and secured engineer adoption.
- Have designed onboarding and in-product communication, with measurable results.
- Use AI tools hands-on in daily work, such as Claude or Claude Code, and write specifications an agent can execute.
- Be comfortable shaping the product without waiting for a brief in a rapidly changing product environment.
- Be fluent in English.
- Nice to have: experience with AI-native products such as assistants, agents, chat, or generated content.
- Nice to have: code prototyping with React or TypeScript and working in GitHub alongside engineers.
- Nice to have: experience with enterprise users, including admins, IT, security, and access settings.
- Nice to have: good working knowledge of RU language.
Responsibilities
- Map and maintain journeys for CEOs and founders, client admins, end users, and the deployment team.
- Observe client rollouts and installation sessions, then turn findings into prioritized problems for engineering.
- Define and track activation, adoption, and time-to-first-value metrics with product and deployment teams.
- Design the desktop app, mobile app, and admin panel end to end.
- Design onboarding from first install and data-source connection through the first useful answer.
- Write specs and prototypes that engineers and AI agents can build from, and review shipped work.
- Build and maintain the Valis design system in the codebase for engineers and AI agents to use.
- Own in-app notifications, release notes, user guides, and trainings, tailored to different readers.
