Requirements
- Have excellent English communication skills at least at C1 level.
- Have experience in a technical support role.
- Have experience setting up and managing VPS.
- Have a strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
- Be familiar with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
- Have strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Have a personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
- Have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
- CRM systems expertise is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support via email and chat.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
