Requirements

Have 3+ years of experience with the Way4 payment platform.
Know Visa, MasterCard, and other IPS.
Have experience with Java or Python to support test automation and QA tooling.
Be proficient in PL/SQL scripting and analysis.
Have experience with Online Processing, Clearing, IPS Settlement, Merchant Settlement, and Dispute processes.
Have proven skills in writing functional and system requirements documentation.
Bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Have strong English proficiency.
Spoken Russian language skills are a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

Support the QA team with Way4-related queries.
Explain Way4 processes, configurations, and workflows within acquiring platforms to support test planning and execution.
Collaborate with development, business analysis, and operations teams to clarify system requirements.
Test new features, enhancements, and fixes related to the Way4 system.
Assist with defect triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for Way4 functionalities.
Document complex system behaviors and test methodologies related to Way4.
Optimize and maintain QA tools and frameworks for Way4 integrations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and testing based on Way4 expertise.
Assess new Way4 features and releases for their impact on QA strategy.
Facilitate domain knowledge sharing across the team.
