Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a related role.
- Ability to independently lead analysis from business requirement through to a ready developer backlog.
- Experience analyzing integrated systems and identifying data flows between services.
- Ability to analyze API technical documentation, including Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and SQL.
- Understanding of IT system architecture and dependencies between components.
- Ability to assess the impact of changes on existing solutions and identify implementation risks.
- Ability to gather, analyze, organize, and document business and technical requirements.
- Experience supporting estimates, defining work scope, and participating in refinements.
- Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML sufficient to model processes and system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the feasibility of business functionality from initial idea through technical implementation.
- Clarify business requirements and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks.
- Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Model business processes, data flows, and integrations between systems.
- Assess the impact of planned changes on existing systems and processes.
- Identify involved systems, teams, and dependencies between initiatives.
- Support estimates, refinements, and project meetings; break initiatives into product backlog items and developer tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, the Product Manager, and business partners.
- Use Claude and Codex to analyze documentation, explore code, and prepare analytical materials.
