Job Details

Have at least 6–7 years of experience as an IT Analyst.
Have experience in projects for the financial sector, capital markets, or other environments based on business data analysis.
Have strong business and systems analysis skills, including data modeling, dependency identification, and change impact analysis.
Have practical experience eliciting and refining requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
Have strong SQL skills for independent data analysis and verification.
Have experience working with Agile (Scrum) methodologies and a good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Be able to prepare high-quality analytical, business, and functional documentation.
Have experience collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners.
Have English proficiency sufficient for work in an international environment and Polish proficiency at least at B2 level.

Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements with stakeholders and technical teams.
Prepare analytical documentation, including functional specifications, business rules, use cases, and process descriptions.
Analyze the impact of planned changes, identify dependencies, and assess solution feasibility.
Prepare and verify data for analysis using SQL.
Monitor task progress, identify problems, and recommend improvements.
Support acceptance testing and collaborate on deployments.
Help analyze and resolve production incidents.
Work with business teams, development teams, and external partners on system development and maintenance.
